Kitchen Cook

MAHSA Specialists Hospital is currently seeking skilled and passionate Kitchen Cooks to join our Food and Beverage department. As a Kitchen Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals in accordance with established recipes and dietary requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals following standard recipes and portion sizes
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations in food handling and storage
  • Collaborate with the F&B Manager and other kitchen staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Monitor and replenish ingredient supplies as needed
  • Assist in menu planning and recipe development

Requirements:
  • Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Cook or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
  • Understanding of dietary restrictions and meal planning
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn
