Refund
Deposit and excess payment (if any) will be refunded to your bank account /credit card (based on the mode of payment) and will take approximately 14 working days.
Deposit
- The amount of deposit varies depending on the mode of payment.
- Self-pay patients are required to pay the estimated costs of the treatment at the point of admission.
- For patients with insurance and/or corporate guarantee letter during admission , a minimum deposit required of RM500 for local patients & RM1000 for foreign patients will be collected to offset any non-coverable charges during the admission.
- A higher amount will be collected for patients with guarantee letters of limited coverage and co-insurance.
