Normal Admission: 7 : 00 a.m – 9:00 p.m
Documents To Bring
  • Admission Letter.
  • Patient identification.
  • NRIC /Passport/Birth Certificate.
  • Valid Insurance Medical Card (physical/softcopy) for insured patients.
  • Guarantee Letter for patients with corporate insurance coverage (hardcopy or softcopy) if hospital required.

Guarantee Letter (GL)
  • On average, the initial gl will be issued within 1-3 hours. However, it may take a longer period based on the complexity of your insurance coverage assessment.
  • We highly recommend our patients on elective admission to request a guarantee letter before their admission day.

Room Entitlement (Patient with GL)
Patient will be allocated a room based on your entitlement as stated in your GL (if possible)
  • Advance booking of rooms is not allowed.
  • If the room according to your entitlement is unavailable, you will be boarded temporarily in another room category and will be transferred once your entitlement room category is available.
  • Patients may also choose to upgrade their room and pay the difference for the room rate.
  • Priority for a single room will be given to certain medical conditions especially when medical isolation is required.
  • No companion is allowed in sharing rooms (2 & 4 bedded room) except for parents or guardians of paediatrics patients.
  • Patient’s companions if required must undergo covid-test either at the hospital (Emergency Department) or at outside clinics and bring along the results for evaluation.

Things to bring during patient stay
For your comfort during your stay, you re encouraged to bring the following item :-
  • Towel
  • Clothes- night attire/light & comfortable clothing, e.g ; track pants, underwear, sweatshirt, t-shirt, warm socks)
  • Indoor footwear
  • Extra toiletries, e.g; toothbrush & toothpaste, deodorant, hairbrush)
  • Reading materials
  • Medication and vitamins that you take on a regular basis
  • Cellphones & charger

We strongly recommend not bringing valuables to the hospitals.Valuables include jewellery, cash, credit cards, computer equipment, or other items of personal property with high monetary value. While we will exercise due diligence to ensure the safety and security of our patient’s property, we will not be able to accept any liability or responsibility for theft , loss, or damage to personal belongings. Smoking:By law, smoking is prohibited in the hospital compound.
